Front of the hotel and Restaurant ambience

1. Mattress sags down so deep as they did not use box springs; 2. Blanket and the towels were used so much or worn out; 3. Stain on the bed sheet. 4. Water just floods when taking a Bath; 5. Bathroom lock is poorly designed; 6. Water smelled in bathrooms

The rooms, location, parking, srrvice, and food at the restaurant was excellent!!! The staff was friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean, the restaurant served delicious food. Beautiful place. Best hotel ever.

Everything was excellent.

Very good facility. Near to airport but little away from Lata Chowk and Saryu ghat. Excepting some minor drainage issue in bathroom, that were attended in time, rest was very good. Ambience , staff , restaurant , way of receiving guest , helping for luggage during checkout was exceptional. Food ( Lunch and Dinner ) was very tasty and good. Me and my family enjoyed the food and hospitality of staff who were very well mannered.

Pricing of your restaurant could be competitive. Breakfast taste, quality and price all needs tremendous improvement. Also quality of Tea .

Comfortable rooms and beds

There was an event in their hall downstairs with extremely loud music. I complained and they moved me to the 3rd floor, painstakingly we moved the luggage etc. They promised the music would finish at 10pm, but even past 11pm the music was blasting away. How can one stay in a hotel with such loud nice is beyond my comprehension.

Wifi is good and the person at travel desk Bipin is helpful.

1. Bathrooms are not clean. 2. They have a wedding going on and with wedding DJ even after midnight caused so much trouble to sleep.3. Their breakfast buffet is horrible. They charge over 550 INR per person for one of the worst breakfast buffets I ever had. 4. Their receptionist in the morning of Dec 5th was very rude.

New properrty and clean. Breakfast is good and delicious.

Quality of the properrty is not good. As water spills over in the toilet. Shower hose was broken and leaking.

Horrible place

Brajesh, the front office guy, was so uncooperative and so ruthless in conversations...after paying sky rocketing prices, he was harsh while talking...pathetic service shud be reported for removing from booking.com

Breakfast was decent though a few things had too much salt. Good is very expensive. Local delicacies are not available

Washroom was not good.. too crammed

Staff were brilliant and the food in the restaurant was exceptional and good value

Beds could have been more comfortable

Not very far from temple so easily can get auto or taxi. Straight road towards temple.Specious hotel and room. Restaurant is also very nice and good food

The room could be cleaner. The property is dated and needs refreshing. The travel agent charged us lot of money and service provided was not professional. Would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

On Saturday night there was programme in the hotel premises.It was too loud and was going on after 12.00 in the night. was awful in the night as windows are not soundproof.It was not expected when you are paying more than 10K per night.Horrible situation!

The noise from the wedding-till past midnight then guests talking n playing music in the corridor , called front desk several times no joy People were banging on our door 2.30/3AM, absolutely ridiculousOn checkout we complained again n the guy on night dutywas not in the least bit bothered not a single word of apology, abysmal behaviour

Reasonably well constructed, new property, and clean room. It has an excellent restaurant. Checking in/out was smooth.

Hallway carpet on 3rd floor was dirty and a bit unsafe to walk on, since the taped joints are not smooth.Room is too small and congested.Property neighbourhood is not attractive, with a lot of old structures around.

Lots of noisy people in the corridor especially during night time

The mattress was too soft. And there was no boiling hot water to shower

Bathrooms can be cleaner and towels were not fresh. Needs to be replaced
